I have used this EternaBond Repair Tape many times in the past and it has always performed as advertised. It is the perfect tape for sealing seams that sealant is just not getting the job done on. I actually taped the edge of my whole roof with it to assure there would be no water penetration at all. It was an older class C RV and I just could not get a good bead of regular sealant to seal properly.
Research the best way to apply before you begin. Once you put this in place it is almost impossible to remove and reposition it. So, this may be just what you are looking for also.
